Minimising Environmental Impact

Maintaining a healthy lifestyle is challenging at any age, and for adults 50 and over, one of the best ways to combat the symptoms of “old age” is to be educated about ways to stay healthy.

Feeding humanity puts a strain our planet. It’s estimated that by 2050 we will need more than 250million metric tons of additional protein per year to feed our growing population. This places huge strain on existing, overexploited land-based protein production.

The CO2 footprint of protein production from our fish is considerably lower than that of other animal proteins and can contribute to meeting this increasing demand in a sustainable way – it’s a low-carbon, highly nutritious, zero-input protein ingredient from a self-replenishing source
